There is no guaranteed placement route from a China MBBS page. Students should plan licensing early: China route if eligible locally, or India route through FMGE/NExT and internship requirements.

City choice changes real spending. Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou can cost more than smaller cities, even when tuition looks similar.

Disadvantages to plan for
- Adapting to a new culture, food system and academic routine can be difficult for some students.
- Climate and distance from home should be considered before shortlisting a city.
- Chinese-language exposure may matter in clinical years even when the classroom route is marketed as English-medium.
- FMGE 2025 pass rate is a historical signal, not current approval or a guarantee of individual performance.
- HSK or Mandarin preparation may be needed for campus life, clinical communication or local licensing steps.
