The NEET Result 2026 has been declared by the National Testing Agency. Candidates who appeared in the NEET UG 2026 re-examination held on 21 June 2026 can now download their official scorecards and check their marks, percentile, All India Rank and qualifying status.

NTA officially declared the result on 16 July 2026. Students started checking the result late at night and on 17 July after the scorecard link became active on the official NEET website.

The official scorecard portal is hosted by NIC and the contents are provided by NTA. This download link is free for students and does not require ilmaLink Pro access.

According to the NTA result press release, close to 20 lakh candidates appeared for NEET UG 2026 at 5,440 centres across 551 Indian cities and 14 cities outside India.

Approximately 11.21 lakh candidates qualified for admission to medical, dental, AYUSH and allied programmes. The examination was conducted in 13 languages, and women represented more than 58% of the qualified candidates.

The highest score in NEET UG 2026 was 715 marks out of 720.

Candidates should remember that admission possibilities depend on their exact AIR, category, domicile, counselling quota and available seats, not only on marks.

The final answer key for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination was also released on 16 July 2026.

The result was prepared using the final answer key after considering objections submitted during the answer-key challenge period. The provisional answer key was released on 25 June, the challenge window remained available from 25 to 28 June, and scanned OMR sheets were displayed from 13 to 15 July.

Candidates should refer only to the final NTA answer key while verifying their marks.

The Medical Counselling Committee conducts counselling for eligible MBBS and BDS seats under the All India counselling system.
