Other fees and charges

• One time Application Charges of INR 5,000.00 (USD 70.00 for Non-Indian Foreign Students) shall be payable at the time of admission.
• One time Admission Charge of INR 3,50,000.00 (USD 4000.00 for Non-Indian Foreign Students) shall be payable at the time of admission.
• Extended Learning (LMS) of INR 10,000.00 per Year for entire 4.5 Years shall be payable at the time of admission. University Examination Fee shall be payable as per actual.
• Hostel & Mess as per actual shall be payable for entire 4.5 Years (54 Months) at the time of admission.
• University Examination Fee shall be payable as per actual.

This amount shall be as per the KU and NMC notice for the particular batch of MBBS Program. University exam fee as per KU notice. Re-exam fee as per subject for the particular batch of MBBS Program.
• Hostel fee INR 1,20,000 Per Year at present in Double Sharing accommodation.
• One Time Extra Curricular Charge INR 50,000 is to be paid at the time of admission.
• Bed Bedding in Hostel will be provided by Paying INR 30,000 at the time of admission.
• Food approx. INR 5,500-6,000/month at present in cafeteria.
• Yearly Promotion Fee INR 30,000.
• Refundable Security Deposit: INR 1,25,000 which is to be refunded after completion of course.
• Electricity & water charges in Hostel have to be paid by student.
• Hostel is mandatory for all international/Indian Students for whole academic course.

This amount shall be actual as per the KU and NMC notice for the particular batch of the MBBS program.
• University exam fee shall be actual as per KU notice for the particular batch of the MBBS Program.
• If a student fails in a university exam, they must pay the re-exam/logistic fee as per the university rules/provisions.
• Hostel fee (excluding food) IRs 10,000.00 per month in double sharing accommodation.
• Food is available in approx. IRs. 4,500.00 to 5,500.00 per month at present in the cafeteria.
• Electricity charge in the hostel has to be paid by the students.
• Hostel is mandatory for all international/Indians Students for the whole academic course and internship.
• Penalty of IRs. 50 per day or IRs. 50,000 will be charged if payment is not made within the due date.

1. 1.Candidate must have secured at least 50% in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent and have passed the National Board Entrance Examination of his/her home country or of the Medical Education Commission, Nepal (MEC) before admission. Rules and regulations of the Medical Education Commission of Nepal, Kathmandu University, and Nepal Medical Council will be the final and utmost guidelines for the admission process.
2. 2.All the money should be compulsorily deposited in the B&C Medical College account in the name of the student.

• One time Admission Charge of INR 3,00,000.00 (USD 4000.00 for Non-Indian Foreign Students) shall be payable at the time of admission.
• KU Examination Fee of INR 26,250.00 per Year for entire course which includes 4 Regular KU Exams shall be payable at the time of admission. If Student fails & needs to re-appear, KU Examination fee shall be payable as per actual.
• Hostel Charges of INR 3,71,250.00 (Double Occupancy) for 4.5 Years shall be payable at the time of admission.
• Extended Learning (LMS) of INR 10,000.00 per Year for entire 4.5 Years shall be payable at the time of admission.
• Mess Charges, laundry & Internet fees as per actual shall be payable for 4.5 Years at the time of admission.

• Penalty of IRs. 50 per day per IRs. 50,000 will be charged if payment is not paid within due date.

4. 4.As the student and parent have studied and made decision for pre booking at Nobel, pre booking amount IRs. 10,00,000 is non-refundable. If a candidate does not secure admission due to the rules and regulations of the Medical Education Commission, Nepal, or Nobel cancels the pre booking, the deposited amount will be refunded. However, if the candidate cancels the pre-booking on their own, the deposited amount shall be non-refundable. In case of a refund, the amount will be issued only through an account payee cheque in the name of the student.

• Scholarship Available for Early Booking till July 30, 2026 for students securing above 250 in NEET 2026 as per college rule.
• Admission fee: INR 3,00,000.00
• Mess fee is approx. INR 6200 per month. Hostel fee is mention above tuition fee. Tuition fee is inclusive of hostel accommodation on a room-sharing basis. Electricity and water charges are include; however, additional electronic devices such as extra fans or coolers will be charged separately. An additional charge will apply if a separate room is required.
• NMC registration approx. INR 5000 as per respective authorities notice. Registration, affiliation and NMC registration one time only. This amount shall be actual as per the TU and NMC notice for the particular batch of MBBS program.
• University exam fee (Regular and Supplementary) as per university rules.
• Electricity and water charge in the hostel are inclusive. Extra electronic devices like extra fan, cooler will be charged extra.
• Students need to have one year Internship in Nepal after successful completion of 4.5 years MBBS Course and appear Nepal Medical Council Exam as per the rule of NMC.
