A distinct interstate-government status
KRSU is jointly governed under agreements between Kyrgyzstan and Russia. It was not subject to the special 2026 state medical-accreditation exercise applied to most other Kyrgyz medical institutions, so its position is separate from the ordinary one-year and six-year categories.
WDOMS records the Medicine programme as accredited by AAEPO in June 2023 through an agency recognised by the World Federation for Medical Education.
English General Medicine
KRSU publishes an English-track tuition schedule and provides English entrance testing for programmes delivered in English. The qualification is General Practitioner / Physician, M.D.—commonly described as MBBS-equivalent for international students.

Entrance examinations for programmes implemented in English are conducted in English.

Review tuition, payment beneficiary, refund terms, hostel and every additional charge.

Student eligibility
International and Indian applicants
Applicants should have a recognised secondary qualification with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, a valid passport and the required university entrance result. Indian students should also satisfy the applicable NEET and NMC/FMGL requirements for their exact programme.
