SAARC calculator questions

What does the SAARC GPA calculator check?

It checks the 2025–26 DGME academic thresholds: combined GPA 8.50, at least GPA 4.00 in each qualifying examination, Biology GP 3.50, top-five Class 10 calculation, PCB Class 12 calculation and the stated passing-year conditions.

Does an eligible result guarantee a government seat?

No. The result shows academic eligibility for consideration only. Selection also depends on country-wise quota, merit, documents, preferences, available seats and the admission committee.

How is the SAARC Class 10 GPA calculated?

The five subjects with the highest entered marks are converted to grade points and averaged.

How is the Class 12 GPA calculated?

Only Biology, Chemistry and Physics are converted to grade points and averaged.

Is NEET checked for every SAARC country?

The calculator applies NEET to Indian applicants. For other SAARC countries, it does not apply an India-specific NEET test.
